An important and special activity of the Munka-Kör
An important and special activity of the Munka-Kör Foundation for the Hearing Impaired is the lending of baby cry detectors to deaf married couples.
After the raising up of two children, two deaf couples brought back the baby cry sensors borrowed from our foundation after nearly 4 years of use.
This package has a part that detects crying and gives light signals or vibrates when the baby cries, so that the mother sees it or senses from the vibration that she should turn towards the baby, or has to go to him.
Additionally, there is also a part that ensures free movement for parents. This is a structure that ensures mobility, which is useful if the parents are a little further from the child, e.g. they work in the garden, on the terrace, or in the kitchen. This device also allows those in need to perceive and “hear” the crying of their seedling. The combined value of the devices exceeds 1,000 euros. The Munka-Kör Foundation for the Hearing Impaired received one appliance in donation and purchased one of the two devices.
We rent them free of charge to deaf couples, enabling them to raise their babies with the same joy as their hearing partners.
